Your donation will:
- Contribute to innovative research projects that help diagnose and treat Lyme disease
- Cutting-edge research funded in 2010 includes: proving the existence of chronic Lyme and improving quality of life for Lyme patients through studying chronic inflammation
You will receive:
- Two tables of ten in a VIP area with private wait staff at the 2010 gala
- Opportunity to serve as the 2010 gala spokesperson

- Help manage the Lyme and Associated Diseases Registry® from Dr. Joseph J. Burrascano, Jr.
- This database gathers information about diagnosis and treatment techniques for Lyme disease.
